Are you a native Polish speaker looking for a versatile internship within an international e-commerce company? Then we would love to hear from you!

At Vehikit, we are continuing to grow our Polish webshop. That's why we are looking for an intern who can help set up our customer support department for the Polish market while also supporting various marketing activities.

What will you do?

  • Respond to questions from Polish customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Help develop and improve customer support processes.
  • Support our Polish marketer with campaigns, content creation, and other marketing activities.
  • Perform a variety of tasks related to e-commerce, customer service, and marketing.

Who are we looking for?

  • Native Polish speaker.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Dutch language skills are not required.
  • Customer- and service-oriented.
  • Proactive, communicative, and detail oriented.
  • Interested in e-commerce and marketing.
