What will you do?

As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies. You will create a cohesive vision that strengthens our brand identity and enhances customer engagement, ensuring that both marketing and commercial objectives are met. You will lead, the marketing, sales, and customer service teams, while fostering collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning: You will develop and implement an integrated marketing and sales strategy that supports our brand growth. This includes strengthening our brand identity, increasing visibility, and attracting new customers, with a strategy tailored to our target audience's needs.
  • Objectives and monitoring: You will set clear, achievable targets and follow up through reports. You will monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet or exceed the targets.
  • Team leadership: You will be responsible for managing the marketing, sales, and customer service teams, which consist of over 15 members. Your focus will be on maximizing the potential of each team member by providing coaching and guidance. By bringing out the best in your team, you ensure they reach their objectives.
  • Budget management: You will manage both the marketing and sales budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the best results.
  • Data analysis: You will analyze market and customer data to identify trends and opportunities on an international level. Using analytics tools, you will gain insights into the performance of our marketing activities and create reports to monitor and improve these results.
  • Campaign management: You will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and SEA. You will ensure that campaigns are effective and contribute to our brand and customer objectives.
  • Optimizing customer satisfaction: You will continuously work to optimize customer satisfaction by thoroughly analyzing the customer journey and implementing strategic measures to increase conversion.
  • MT responsibilities: You will actively contribute to the strategic and tactical decision-making of the organization, helping to determine the direction and growth of the company.

Who are you? 

As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you are an essential part of our team and bring the necessary skills and experience. We are looking for a driven professional with:

  • A master's degree in marketing, business administration, economics (commercial) or a comparable field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within marketing or sales, with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience in e-commerce management, preferably in an international setting and B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with using analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and preferably also in Dutch.
  • A motivating leader who can bring out the best in their team.
  • A proactive work attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Colleagues in the office are given the opportunity to determine themselves at what time they start the working day. This may be between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. A private appointment before or after working hours is so easy to combine.
