The versatility of the Process team
Hello, my name is Sophie, and I work as a Process Specialist in the Process Team. Here, we primarily focus on making internal operations and collaborations with external partners easier.
The work is very versatile due to the various projects that are continuously running and the ad hoc improvements, which align with my completed studies in Business Administration. I really enjoy that the Process Team has a lot of contact with all departments within Vehikit. This gives you a good understanding of how each department contributes to the goals of Vehikit.
It’s great to work together on this. Every day, I leave the office feeling good because I have contributed to an improvement for my colleagues.
A warm welcome in a dynamic culture
From the very first moment, during the interview, I noticed a very open and warm culture. Vehikit focuses on young professionals and how they can develop themselves.
Everyone chats with each other and shows interest in one another, which made me feel very welcome right away. People often take group walks during lunch breaks, allowing you to meet more people than just your immediate colleagues. There are also regular lunches organized by colleagues from specific countries, where everyone enjoys lunch together in celebration of that country. The international work environment is very diverse, and you learn a lot from each other's cultures.
It is very enjoyable to work in a dynamic environment like Vehikit, contributing to its goals, being part of the growth and the accompanying experiences, and having fun at work with colleagues.
