Hello, my name is Joey, and since August 2024, I’ve been working as an Operational Buyer at Vehikit. During my search for a new challenge, I got in touch with Vehikit, and it felt like a natural fit right from the start. The decision to take a leap into something new was nerve-wracking, as you never know what to expect. However, Vehikit has fully met my expectations from the very first moment: I felt immediately welcomed and part of the team. Even during my onboarding process, it felt as though I had been working here for years.

Vehikit has an open culture where everyone can be themselves. The team is young, approachable, and there is plenty of room for personal development and taking initiative. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have direct experience in the vehicle outfitting industry because Vehikit values the talents you bring to the table over specific experience. This makes my role as an Operational Buyer both exciting and challenging.

What makes working at Vehikit even more interesting is the opportunity to implement efficiency improvements in the work processes. Since the company is still growing, it provides many chances to contribute to that growth and improvement. I also have the chance to further improve my English as I regularly work with colleagues from different nationalities, and most of my external contacts are English-speaking.
