Coming from a completely different background, I chose Vehikit at the time because of the opportunities they offered me and the phase the company was in. HR was still a neglected child, but with the growth ambitions, it was extremely important to focus on this topic within the company.
Pleasure at work
I enjoy going to work almost every day, on the one hand because of the atmosphere and the contact with each other; there is a very pleasant and energetic atmosphere within the team. On the other hand, I like it because there is still so much 'on the shelves' to which I can contribute. In short, there are also plenty of development opportunities and that actually applies to every position.
