My name is Dimitri, and after my previous role as a back-office employee, I felt a bit lost. In my role as Sales Support, I am daily engaged in answering a wide range of inquiries that come to us through various channels. Whether it’s customer questions, internal support, or collaboration with other departments such as Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics, each day is different. Together with my colleagues, I work on solving issues, and we celebrate our successes during fun Friday afternoon gatherings and outings.
