Your responsibilities

We are an international e-commerce company. With our webshop we make setting up a company car easy(er) for our customers. You make an important contribution to this in your job! You are the first point of contact for our German and Austrian customers (btob). Most orders go completely through our webshop. Customers who needs help come to you via mail, phone, chat, Whatsapp and our social media channels.

You give advice, help customers in the ordering process and make quotations. You are also there for them if customers need us after their purchase. You contribute to customer satisfaction, turnover and profit of Vehikit. In addition, you translate customer feedback for improvements to the product range and service.

If you are customer focused with a good feeling for sales results, you are the one!

Who are you

  • You have completed at least an MBO-4 education
  • You mastered German language on native level (C2)
  • You are able to communicate with colleagues in English (minimum B2 level)

We now have about 25 colleagues and we are still expanding. We have a perfect male-female ratio; 50% men and 50% women.

Personal budget

Language course

If you come work at Vehikit we would like to support your integration not only in our team but also in the Netherlands. Therefore, we reimburse your first Dutch course with a maximum amount of € 500.

The well-being of our colleagues is important to us and we want to contribute to this where possible. A delicious fruit box is delivered every week that everyone can use.

Work from home policy

We understand very well that a good work-life balance is essential to be able to do your job well. We therefore have a work from home policy which offers you the opportunity to work from home for a few days. This is not mandatory of course, but you can define it yourself.

Flexible working hours

Colleagues in the office are given the opportunity to determine themselves at what time they start the working day. This may be between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. A private appointment before or after working hours is so easy to combine.

Fun events and activities

Every year we have a summer bbq and a Christmas dinner. In between we organize all kinds of fun events, such as a board game evening, an evening of karting or a real football table tournament. If you are sporty and competitive, you can have fun with us!

International culture

Because our colleagues come from all over the world, we speak English internally. This gives an extra dimension to the company culture and sometimes leads to fun 'creative' expressions!
