Your responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative for France, you will be the driving force behind our sales processes in the French market. With your commercial skills and passion for the automotive industry, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving our growth in France. You will work closely with our international team to enhance our presence in the French market and exceed our sales targets. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers in France.
  • Exploiting market opportunities: Actively seeking new sales opportunities and expanding our customer base in the French automotive sector.
  • Negotiating and selling: Conducting commercial discussions with clients, negotiating prices and terms, and closing deals that contribute to Vehikit's growth.
  • Achieving sales targets: Being accountable for meeting revenue goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Team collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and procurement, to provide a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting and analysis: Analyzing sales data, customer needs, and market trends to continuously improve your strategy and seize opportunities.

Who are you? 

We are looking for a commercial and driven professional who can elevate our sales activities in France to the next level. You recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • You hold at least a bachelor's degree in Sales, International Business, or a related field.
  • French is your native language, or you have near-native proficiency (C2).
  • You have a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills; you enjoy negotiating and building relationships.
  • You have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the e-commerce or automotive sector.
  • You are results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • You have a solid command of the English language (minimum B2 level) to collaborate with an international team.
  • You are proactive, self-reliant, and capable of creating structure in a fast-growing organization.

Flexible working hours

Colleagues in the office are given the opportunity to determine themselves at what time they start the working day. This may be between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. A private appointment before or after working hours is so easy to combine.
