Your responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales engine in Germany. Your mission includes the following:

  • Build strong connections: Establish and nurture relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Uncover new opportunities: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.

  • Drive sales excellence: Serve as the linchpin in our pursuit of sales excellence through effective communication and strategic sales initiatives.

Who are you? 

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are a vital part of our team, bringing the necessary skills and experience. We are looking for a driven and talented professional who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

  • You have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, International Business, or a related field.
  • You master the German language at a native level (C2).
  • You are self-motivated with the drive to push boundaries and exceed targets.
  • You are commercially minded and communicate easily.
  • You can communicate with colleagues in English (minimum B2 level).
  • You enjoy working in an international team.
  • You can keep an overview in a growing organization that is constantly on the move.

Work from home policy

Flexible working hours

Colleagues in the office are given the opportunity to determine themselves at what time they start the working day. This may be between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. A private appointment before or after working hours is so easy to combine.

Every year we have a summer bbq and a Christmas dinner. In between we organize all kinds of fun events, such as a board game evening, an evening of karting or a real football table tournament. If you are sporty and competitive, you can have fun with us!
