Your responsibilities

As an SEA Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire process of developing, executing, and monitoring our SEA campaigns. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign management: You will create, optimize, and report on our SEA campaigns, ensuring that the quality of traffic through Ads continuously improves.
  • Strategic research: You proactively explore new opportunities to reach our target audience with the right message at the right time.
  • Optimization: You continuously work on ad copy, landing pages, and ad placements to maximize campaign results.
  • Trend analysis: As the SEA expert, you stay up to date with the latest trends and market developments, translating these into commercial opportunities.

Who are you? 

As an SEA Specialist, you will be a key player in our team and bring the necessary skills and experience to the role. We are looking for a motivated and talented professional with the following qualifications and traits:

  • You have completed a relevant HBO or university-level education, providing you with a strong theoretical foundation that you can apply in practice.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as an AdWords Specialist or in a similar role, preferably with e-commerce campaigns.
  • You’ve successfully set up and optimized SEA campaigns and can demonstrate achieving your goals.
  • You are highly analytical and have hands-on experience with Analytics and Excel.
  • You possess strong strategic talent and a clear understanding of how to optimize campaigns for maximum return.
  • You can analyze market trends and convert them into concrete action plans.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • You enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment.
  • You may have experience with international campaigns or working with diverse cultures and markets.
  • You can tailor your communication and strategies to different audiences and markets.
  • Living within 1 hour travel time from our office in Waalwijk.

Flexible working hours

Colleagues in the office are given the opportunity to determine themselves at what time they start the working day. This may be between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. A private appointment before or after working hours is so easy to combine.

Every year we have a summer bbq and a Christmas dinner. In between we organize all kinds of fun events, such as a board game evening, an evening of karting or a real football table tournament. If you are sporty and competitive, you can have fun with us!
